In February 1996 the GBWA established a scholarship fund to provide financial assistance to deserving students at public institutions of higher learning within the state of Georgia.

Eligibility & Qualifications

Recipients of a Georgia Beer Wholesalers Association scholarship must be Georgia residents and full-time students.

Assistance is awarded on the basis of financial need, academic achievement, and community involvement. Scholarships are administered and recipients selected by the financial aid office of the institutions where the students are enrolled.

How Can You Help?

Contributions to the fund can be made through memorials, honorariums, and other special gifts. All contributions are tax deductible. If you would like to contribute to the Georgia Beer Wholesalers Association Scholarship Fund, please contact the GBWA office at (404) 231-4292.
